how long until i receive my online purchase?
your purchase will leave our studio and will be shipped via USPS priority mail within 3 business days. shipping times do fluctuate during peak gift-buying times so plan ahead and buy early!

can I order multiples of a necklace if there is only 1 shown online?
unfortunately, no. since our products are all from very unique vintage origins, they are all one-of-a-kind.

my ring looked a little more pink online, why does it look different in person?
we perform all photography in-house, we are not professionals! for that reason and others (such as differences in computer monitors) the color of the item you receive could be slightly different than how it appeared on your screen.

i dropped my ring and the button shattered! can you fix it or can I get another?
our baubles are essentially antique costume jewelry, not heirloom quality jewelry! if the button on your ring shatters after being dropped and hitting the kitchen floor, we offer our sympathy but cannot repair or replace it. vintage buttons are old and delicate – treat them with care!

what if I need to return my online purchase?
we do our best to photograph and describe our products accurately, and always hope that you are more than satisfied with your purchase. since we are a very small company and to keep the cost of our products low, we accept returns for merchandise broken during shipping ONLY. please contact us within 7 days of item’s receipt for return instructions.

what is your customer privacy policy?
when you place an order, you are automatically placed in our customer database, which is for our use ONLY! we collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you via our e-newsletter. we never make our database available to any person or firm.
